Unlike thousands of other tweets shared since the world’s most technologically-advanced and sustainable arena opened, the message was made possible through machine learning. In collaboration with Sapien.ai, Golden 1 Center is utilizing artificial intelligence to provide fun and informative updates to fans. While the initial tweet highlighted a live look at Golden 1 Center’s cityscape and real-time weather, the possibilities for future updates are endless.
AI tweets will be weaved seamlessly with content curated by the Golden 1 Center’s award winning digital team. With AI collaboration, the goal will be to continue to provide exciting content, real-time information along with stellar customer service, with updates that enhance the arena guest experience.
But this isn’t the venue’s first AI venture. The dual-mode award winning app features KAI – Kings Artificial Intelligence, an intuitive bot to help answer fan questions about Golden 1 Center and the Sacramento Kings.
