Who Was The Surprise Guest at Hella Summer?

102.5 KSFM hosted a stacked lineup on Thursday night at Golden 1 Center. Hella Summer featured Bagbee, A.Chal, Bryce Vine, Saweetie, Kid Ink and headliners Tyga and YG. Not to mention, one special surprise guest no one expected.

Within this epic lineup, one artist in particular didn’t grow up far from Sacramento before making it big with a record label. The Icy Queen herself, Saweetie, grew up around the Elk Grove area before her music career took off. The rapper is known for songs like, “Icy Girl” and “My Type”. So, let’s just say that her hometown fans gave Saweetie that ice-worthy welcome home.

Saweetie repped #4 (shoutout, Chris Webber) on a Kings-inspired outfit and even her background dancers flaunted major “Sactown” vibes during her set — and the crowd was totally feeling it.

Saweetie may be known for some bangers, but one in particular features one-third of the group Migos. Saweetie and Quavo released “Emotional” back in March 2019. The two were rumored to be dating in September of 2018 but hadn’t publicly announced the relationship until after the release of his song and music video “Workin Me,” which features the Icy Queen herself.

If you hadn’t guessed it yet, Saweetie’s boo was backstage during Hella Summer on Thursday night. And to everyone’s surprise, Quavo came out to join his girl on stage.
