Sacramento, Calif. — At the 2017 Sports Business Awards in New York City, Golden 1 Center was honored as the Sports Facility of the Year by the Sports Business Journal. Kings Owner and Chairman Vivek Ranadivé released the following statement after accepting the award on behalf of the Sacramento Kings, Golden 1 Center and Sacramento:
