The sixth annual California Classic Summer League at Golden 1 Center presented by Ticketmaster will feature three days of game play with the Sacramento Kings hosting the Charlotte Hornets, San Antonio Spurs, and the Chinese National Team on July, 6, 7, and 9.
The teams will play games featuring rookies selected in the 2024 NBA Draft, sophomores, and athletes competing to make NBA and G League regular season rosters. Similar to Summer League matches, modified game play rules will be in place, include 10-minute quarters.
Classic rock band Chevy Metal will perform at Golden 1 Center following the California Classic Summer League games on Saturday, July 6. Started by the late Taylor Hawkins of the Foo Fighters and his longtime friend, Wiley Hodgden, Chevy Metal’s legacy continues with Hawkins’ son, Shane Hawkins at the helm. The band’s members channel the spirit of old-school rock and roll, delving into the rich soundscape of the 70s and 80s as they continue their dedication to preserving and celebrating the timeless magic of classic rock.
Fans attending Sunday, July 7 will receive a commemorative California Classic poster.
3-Day Passes start at $66 and Single-Day passes start at $29.
