Single-game tickets can be purchased online or our Box Office. For groups of 20 or more that include guests with disabilities, please call 888-91-KINGS for Kings games or 1-800-877-7575 for non-Kings games. Every effort will be made to provide seats adjacent to any accessible seating locations for the entire party attending the event. Tickets for guests with disabilities can be purchased at the Box Office at Golden 1 Center.​

The Golden 1 Center has designated seating specifically for guests with disabilities in each of the following categories: Wheelchair Accessible, and Transfer Seats. In most cases, accompanying companion seats are available.

  • Wheelchair spaces are available for guests with disabilities who utilize a wheelchair
  • Transfer seating is available for guests with disabilities who require Wheelchair Accessible seating.

The Golden 1 Center is pleased to offer complimentary Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) to guests with visual impairments & hearing difficulties. ALDs can be obtained at the Guest Services Station at section 109 on the Plaza level and at section 213 on the Bridge Level.

Identification will be required and held to reserve a device. Identification will be returned once the ALD is returned.

Golden 1 Center is pleased to offer closed-captioning of the public address announcements.

Arena doors open 2 hours prior to tip-off for October games, and 1.5 hours prior to tip-off the duration of the season. All Golden 1 Center entrances are fully accessible.

ADA accessible drop-off and pick-up is located at 4th Street & J Street. Parking for the duration of an event or a game is not permitted.

Guests with disabilities have priority on all public elevators at Golden 1 Center. Elevators are located:

  • Plaza Level- Sections 104, 109, 115
  • Loft Level- Outside L03, L13, L26
  • Suite Level- Outside S02, S12, S18
  • Bridge Level- 202, 207, 211, 213

Our Security and Guest Services Team Members have been trained in evacuation procedures. Should an emergency evacuation situation occur, emergency information will be displayed on the video board and announced on the assistive listening devices and the public address system.

Golden 1 Center has two escalators that take you from the Plaza Level straight to the Bridge Level. They are located on the East and West side of the arena on the Plaza Level.

Family restrooms are designated for families and guests with disabilities who require private accommodations or additional assistance. Family restrooms are located:

  • Event Level- Club Lounge Rush, Club Lounge Assembly by Crown Royal, and the Lexus Lounge
  • Plaza Level- Sections 105, 114, 118, 121
  • Loft Level- Outside L13 and L42
  • Suite Level- Outside S11 and S34
  • Bridge Level- Sections 203 and 220

First Aid Stations are located on the Event Level adjacent to the Security Office, Section 118 on the Plaza Level, and Section 207 on the Bridge Level. Trained medical personnel are on duty for all events to assist guests as necessary.

Guests needing assistance should approach an Event Staff member or stop by a Guest Services Station at Section 109 on the Plaza Level and at Section 213 on the Bridge Level. The Guest Services Stations offer a number of services including assistive listening devices, arena information, birthday buttons, Sacramento, and neighboring communities information, Sacramento Kings, and Golden 1 Center publications, lost & found, lost children/adults, wheelchairs, stroller/wheelchair drop-off and storage.

Service animals are welcomed at Golden 1 Center. In keeping with U.S. ADA regulations, guests with disabilities may use a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the guest. The work or tasks performed by the service animal must be directly related to the guest’s disability. As such, animals that provide emotional support or companionship to a guest will not be permitted inside the arena.

Wheelchair storage is available at the Guest Services Stations. Wheelchair escorts to and from seats are also available upon request.
