The Chainsmokers Show You How They Made 'Roses'
By Sydney Zuelke
Drew Taggart and Alex Pall of The Chainsmokers show us, it's not all that easy to produce music. Even more difficult? Creating a chart-topping hit like "Roses".
"Roses", featured on their debut EP "Bouquet", was The Chainsmokers' first big hit since their breakout song "Selfie." The duo said of the track: "We always felt the song was special. When you want to listen to it again and again after you’ve made the song, you know you’ve got something. You’ve really got to put it out and let the public try to decide what it is and what it isn’t. When we put the song out, it was an overwhelmingly positive response."
