Nachos Part 2 - Pickled Jalapeños
1 Lb Jalapeños
1/2 a Bunch of Cilantro / Chopped
Half a Lime / Sliced
1/2 Tsp Red Chili Flake
1 Tbsp Peppercorn
1/4 C Salt
1/4 C Sugar
3 C White Wine Vinegar
Fill with Distilled Vinegar
Store at room temperature for 48 hours in quart-sized mason jar, or other fermentation vessel.
