NBA’s Newest Facility to Host High School State Basketball Championships
SACRAMENTO, CALIF. — Today, the CIF Executive Committee has announced that Golden 1 Center, the Sacramento Kings new downtown arena opening in October, will host the CIF State Basketball Championships through 2018. The Kings organization is no stranger to the CIF State Championships having hosted the tournament for 19 of the past 35 years. Additionally, Golden 1 Center will be one of a few NBA facilities to host high school basketball championships in the entire country.

A Concert Tour Of Music And Message To Energize The Latino Community
Sacramento, Calif. – Today, Multi-platinum selling and Grammy Award®-winning rock band, Maná, today announced they will embark on their most influential tour yet - THE LATINO POWER TOUR. Produced by Live Nation, the tour kicks off on Fri. Sept. 9 in San Diego at the Viejas Arena and will head to Northern California on Saturday, September 17 at SAP Center in San Jose and Wednesday, November 9 at Golden 1 Center, the new home of the Sacramento Kings in Downtown Sacramento. World-Class Event Center to Attract Global Performers Across All Genres
Sacramento, Calif. – As part of their 2016 North American tour, Maroon 5 will perform at Golden 1 Center on October 15, 2016. This is the first announced show and the first on-sale concert for Golden 1 Center. Tickets for the general public will go on sale on November 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. PST.
