World Butchers' Challenge - Rescheduled

Sixteen teams of six butchers from across the globe will travel to the United States – for the first time – to battle it out in what is known as the ‘Olympics of Meat’. Each team will have just three hours and fifteen minutes to breakdown a side of beef, a side of pork, a whole lamb and five chickens into a themed display of value-added cuts, to determine which nation will be announced as the world’s best butchers. The World Butchers’ Challenge, a hugely visual spectacle which rivals the most intense and captivating of sporting events, is an event not to be missed for sporting fans and foodies alike.
The curtain raiser event to the World Butcher’ Challenge takes place the day prior and although is modelled on a similar format to the World Butchers’ Challenge, is made up of two individual events – the World Champion Butcher Apprentice and the World Champion Young Butcher (under the age of 31). These international rising talents will wow, dazzle and impress with their speed, precision and strength.
