The credit card used for purchase must be present with you on the day of show – this will serve as your ticket. Please note, if you purchased tickets for others, everyone in your party must enter together (tickets can’t be transferred to other credit cards).

Attention Parents with Children attending the concert without Adult supervision.  A credit card is required for entry, so you have the following options:

1. Stand in line with your child until they are swiped in for entry
2. Provide your child with the credit card used to make the purchase
3. At 1:00 p.m. on the day of show, the venue ticket office will be open to reprint your order as hard tickets, which your child may use for entry.
