Contest and Giveaway Rules

Contests, trivia & giveaways are open to residents of Northern California who live within a 75-mile radius of Golden 1 Center, except employees and immediate families (siblings and children) of Golden 1 Center, Sacramento Downtown Arena, LLC and Sacramento Basketball Holdings, LLC., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, licenses, directors, owners, employees and agents. Golden 1 Center will determine contest/trivia/giveaway winners in its sole and absolute discretion.

If you won a contest, trivia or giveaway in the last 30 days, you're not eligible.

If a winner is determined to be ineligible, Golden 1 Center may, in its sole and absolute discretion, not give away the goods or may give the goods to the next eligible person. You will be required to privately (through Facebook message, Instagram direct, Twitter direct message, Vine direct message or email) provide your name and address if you are selected as a winner. Selected winners must redeem their prize(s) at Golden 1 Center within 48 hours of being named winner.

Contests, trivia and giveaways are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules or regulations.
