Local Eats Spotlight: Bridge Level

Golden 1 Center has some of the most diverse food options in sports. Located on the Bridge Level of the arena—just a short trip up the escalator—fans can find a whole new world of flavors.

There are some of Sacramento’s favorite establishments, as well as offerings unique to Golden 1 Center to provide a wide variety of food to choose from. Golden 1 Center Executive Chef Michael Tuohy and his team have been hard at work creating new menus that bring different cultures, tastes and fresh options all together to the arena for each event, night in and night out.

At Golden 1 Center we refer to our food stands as “Local Eats” because each showcases a different selection from around the city. These aren’t your ordinary concessions because they redefine what arena food can be, showing that fast food simultaneously can be healthy and delicious!

Each "Local Eats" stand offers tasty creations and numerous options. Ninety percent of the food featured at the arena comes from within 150 miles of the building— part of our unprecedented commitment to sourcing food and beverage from our region.

Here’s what you can find throughout the Bridge Level at Golden 1 Center on your next trip.

Lowbrau—Section 201

Lowbrau brings its modern take on German bierhalle bites right to Golden 1 Center. Known as “King of ze Wurst,” Lowbrau offers signature sausages on specialty breads and rolls. Don’t forget the Duck Fat Fries!

Paragary’s— Section 204

Randy Paragary introduced Sacramento to wood-fired pizza, and now those special slices have their very own spot here in Golden 1 Center. Staying true to its restaurant roots, this "Local Eats" stand embodies our farm-to-fork ethos—bringing hungry fans delicious wood-fired pizza with ingredients of the highest quality. Be sure to try a fan-favorite - the classic Margherita Pizza.

Lil’ Cheese Dog House— Section 206

The arena classic gets a Sacramento twist at Lil’ Cheese Dog House, offering the locally sourced Schwartz Hot Dog and the Chili Cheese Schwartz Dog, made with our own custom four-cheese blend from Petaluma Creamery, home of Happy Cows. It is sure to satisfy any #SacramentoProud fan!

Petra— Section 210-211

Let your taste buds visit the Mediterranean with our spin on authentic Greek flavors. Petra offers beef and lamb gyros that are sure to hit the spot. All are cooked with precision on a rotisserie and served on a pita flatbread with cucumber, tomato and onion. Each dish is served with a house-made tzatziki sauce, a savory yogurt dip with hints of cucumber and garlic, and a side of fries.  Don’t forget about the specialty Grecian burger that is sure to delight.

El Jefé— Section 212

If you’re looking for a classic hot dog with a twist — look no further than El Jefé. This Local Eatery serves iconic Schwartz hot dogs with traditional taco and burrito toppings: And if a loaded hot dog isn’t your thing, El Jefé also offers burrito and carnitas bowls, as well as nachos – with our unmatched, house-made cheese sauce—for fans to enjoy.

Café Bernardo— Section 216-217

Three words – Habanero. Bacon. Burger. At Café Bernardo, you’ll find one of Sacramento’s favorite burgers, paired with a delicious, creamy shake made with sweet ice cream. Sacramento chef Kurt Spataro brings his long-loved burger options to every game at Golden 1 Center.

Tandoori Palace – Section 219

Tandoori Palace isn’t just the first and only eatery to offer Indian food in an arena, but it also boasts two specialty 900 degree ovens to make fresh, house-made Naan and lamb kabobs. The entire menu, including the signature dish – chicken tikka masala, was developed by Chef Ravin Patel and the Selland’s Restaurant group team to bring a unique flavor, complimenting Golden 1 Center’s extensive food program.
