The PBR’s (Professional Bull Riders) Built Ford Tough Series, now enjoying one of the best years in the sport’s history, is rolling into Downtown Sacramento to Golden 1 Center Friday, Jan. 27 – Sunday, Jan. 29. This will be the first PBR event in the brand new arena. The PBR, which has competed in Sacramento since 2003, has added a third day to the event featuring the world’s Top 35 riders taking on the rankest, most fearsome bulls.
Ticket prices for the three-day event range from $15 to $101 and go on sale Monday, Sept. 19.
The Sacramento Invitational takes place at the following dates and times:
Friday, Jan. 27 – Doors open at 6:15 p.m.; event begins at 7:45 p.m.
Saturday, Jan. 28 – Doors open at 5:15 p.m.; event begins at 6:45 p.m.
Sunday, Jan. 29 – Doors open at 12:15 p.m.; event begins at 1:45 p.m.
After Round 1 on Friday, fans will be able to enjoy the excitement of the PBR’s 15/15 Bucking Battle. This special round of competition features the Top 15 riders in the world facing the Top 15 bulls in the competition for a chance to earn additional money and valuable PBR world standings bonus points needed to win the $1 million PBR World Champion title later in the year.
For an enhanced PBR experience, fans can purchase PBR Elite Seats, which provide a behind-the-scenes look into the toughest sport on dirt. This experience includes early entry; tickets to a premium seating section; a catered reception; a 60-minute, backstage tour by a PBR Host, featuring a PBR 101 presentation and visit with the sport’s fiercest bulls; and the opportunity for photos and autographs from the top PBR stars. PBR Elite Seat ticketholders will receive a 2017 PBR program, a souvenir Elite Seat credential and lanyard and other memorabilia autographed by the world’s Top 35 bull riders.
